I work in Banking and have had a really hard time in getting promoted. I used to take every bump in the road as a personal assualt on my character both personally and in business. From the initial phone call, the welcome letter, explaining my insurance, setting me up with the right therapist, and OMG the offices are filled with beautiful art.
